Condolences to the Hess family and all of Bayleys closest friends. She would join us for Beach Volleyball during her time in Ft. Lauderdale and we became friends. She and I both had recently moved to the area and connected because of each other's positive mindset, athletisicm and desire to have the beautiful Florida beaches closer to each other's homes where our families were. She always spoke highly of her Family and looked forward to seeing y'all as much as possible. She truly was a good egg and had a genuine personality & smile. I've lost a few close friends over the years and none are easy to cope with. Please feel free to reach out even if it's just to tell positive stories of her time here on Earth. Wishing the devastating news wasn't true, but 2019 has been a funky year. May we all hug our families a bit tighter and make sure to tell them you love them as much as possible, because life is a precious thing.

    RIP Bayley,

I didn't know Baylee very well. We were both regular gym goers at the YMCA in Des Moines back in 2017. Since then we have connected on Social Media.

I can't say we were close, but social media has given me a small snap shot of Baylee's life. I can tell she was so ambitious, and that she devoted a life to fitness, traveling, family and living her best life.

My heart sank when I saw her face on the news. It was days after I saw her Instagram Story over Thanksgiving.

It really made me think, and it's seriously heart breaking. My deepest condolences to her family.

Baylee and myself worked in sales together for a brief time this year - even though we crossed paths only for a short time, I enjoyed getting to know her.    I am so shocked over this and I am so very, very sorry for your loss.
