Brian assisted me several times at University Photo, he always took the time to explain the technical side of things if needed and completed my jobs with care and a smile. I very much appreciated his expertise and kind manner. My sincere condolences to his family and co-workers at University Photo.

I sat by Brian at Hawkeye Tech. I smile when I think about it. :) We were always telling each other which station to tune into on our walkmans to hear the "excellent" song playing. But weren't they all "excellent" during the 80's ;) I loved to tease him :) He was such a good man. Gentle and kind. I truly cherished our friendship, then and now. That time in my life will always hold a special place in my heart.... so many of my friends became like family.... and Brian was one of them. A brother I could count on.... We were all so close... I tell everyone it was like the show "Friends".

My heart painfully misses was an honor to know him. Peace Brian, Love Neli.

Brian had such a kind heart! We graduated from Hawkeye together and he travelled all the way to DeWitt to come to my wedding a year later.  He was always there to help out or just to hang out with all of our crazy creative friends. I'm so sorry for your loss.
