Having worked with Cecelia in the same department for several years, I will always have a warm place in my heart for her. She had a kind, gentle, sweet spirit. Her smile lit every room blessed by her presence. She had a way of making everyone she was around feel valued and special. The world needs more people like her. The light that she left behind still burns bright.

To Patric, Tamika, Angel and Raven.

Your mother was a beautiful person person with a beautiful soul. I last seen her at a wellness fair in Cedar Rapids, we hugged, laughed and smiled. We talked about the good ole days, but most importantly, she talked about her children. Cecelia will be GREATLY miss. Her spirit will live on in each of you.
