Thinking of Auntie Irene and the summers I spent with her.  Ironing hankies with a treat from the ice cream truck afterwards, calling me by the pet name she gave me, Petunia, and her finding it amusing when I put one drop of ketchup on each piece of cut up hamburger patty or meatloaf.  Her grin or chuckle made my day!!  Finding comfort in memories like these help with the loss of an Auntie I looked forward to seeing and spending time with as a young child.  She will be missed!!!  I hope all the family can find comfort from whatever source gives them peace.  Hugs to all!!

Dear Daris, Adri, Bob and Betty.  Jack and I want to send our love and sympathy to all of you at this time.  Your mom lived a good, long life and was very fortunate to have such loving care from all of you in her last years.  That will bring you comfort and you have no regrets. There has never been a day in my life when I didn't know who Bob and Irene Hillson were and we're thankful for their good example of Truth.  Mary (Klenk) Salmon

Our sympathies are with all the family at this time.  We have such special memories of times spent together with your family through the years, back & forth from MN to Iowa.  My Mom, Phoebe (Miller) Huisman & Irene were best friends from teen yrs & on.   So very glad they both were faithful to the end.   Such an encouragement to us all.

Our love.       Alvin & Glenda (Huisman) Baker
