    Dear Family,

I did not actually know Marla personally, but my mother knew her and spoke highly of her. She spoke so much of her that I felt as if I did know her personally. My mother will always say how "Marla has me addicted to this iced coffee" :). I know how much she meant to her so, I can only imagine what she means to you all. I know she will be greatly missed, but her presence will always be in our hearts. She put up a great fight and will no longer need to be so strong and is now at peace. Hoping for comfort and understanding for your family and will keep you all in my prayers.

Marla went through so much the last few years of her life.  We know she is at peace now and her challenges are behind her.  We all had hoped and prayed for a different outcome.  Stacy, you should take comfort in knowing you did all you could for your Mom.  Our hearts are broken, as we say goodbye to another family member.  Sending our love and hugs!
