Our deepest sympathies to Tim's family. He was my neighbor and friend, always stopped to visit me and my kids, shared in our friends-group's many gatherings over the years....a fun, friendly buddy to all of us, and he will be deeply missed.... :-(

My sympathy to Tim`s family, just heard the news about Tim this morning from one of his neighbors,I got to know Tim through my work as we installed new heating and cooling equipment at his residence, and I also only lived a couple blocks away, I will miss his sarcasm and jolly ole spirited mood he always brought laughter to our conversations,
