Carolyn, Barb, Keith, Colleen,Brian, and all the rest of Vi’s family:

I wish there were words that could ease the pain of your loss. It must be especially hard to bear at this time, without even the comforting presence of your close friends.

I remember your mother as always smiling, all the many times I was in and out of your home as a teenager. And all the years since, my encounters with her were bright spots in my visits to Iowa.

Hold each other close, and share your happiest memories of her, knowing that all of your friends and hers would like to be there with you, if only we could!

Hugs from California, Marsha (Phillips) Conway

I was certainly sad when I heard of the passing of Violet. She was a sweet lady that enjoyed the company of people. She always made me laugh when she was asked what she would like to you have a beer?!😀. Will miss seeing her at Rosewood

Our condolences and prayers go out to your family. My family grew up right through the block from Arnie and Violet, and I actually worked with Violet at Santa Claus Industries for a year or two in about 1966-7 when I was starting college at UNI. Violet was a fine, upstanding, devout lady who raised a great family. I have many great memories of those times. Focus on the good times and thank the Lord for the many years you all could share with her. God Bless your family.

To Carolyn and the Dahl family,

Your mother was a very sweet person. I know she loved her family and would do anything for them. May your precious memories of her keep you and sustain you in the coming days. Be confident in knowing that if someone would have asked what her best times were, she would have said being with her family. Know that she has entered His gates and is in  His eternal security.

    The Coney Family,

Delores , William Jr., Chris, Clifford
